• Google Sign-In / OAuth Data: If you sign in via Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture URL as provided by Google's OAuth service to securely authenticate you and set up your user profile.
• Usage Information: Chat history and conversation metadata.
• Payment Records: Order ID and transaction details; card numbers are securely handled by Razorpay.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including:

• Processing your subscription transactions.
• Displaying chat history and custom bookmarks.
• Analyzing platform usage trends to optimize response generation and rate limit enforcement.

3. No Selling of Personal Data

We value your privacy. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data or Google user data with third-party tracking, advertising platforms, or data brokers under any circumstances.

4. Data Retention & Deletion Requests

Chat messages and usage logs are stored for up to 1 year for quality assurance and compliance purposes. Account credentials and profile information are kept while your account remains active.

If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal data from our systems, you can send a deletion request to our support email at support@indiq.in. Once requested, your data will be permanently deleted from our active databases within 30 days.
